I must say that our experience with Kings and company has been quite an undertaking. I don't mean that in the sense that it was a slog or ripe with pitfalls. The distance between my wife and I deciding to make the move to Europe to having my entire family actually here was less than 6 months (with plenty or twists and turns). Our anchor in that whirlwind has been KNC and their proprietor Ismael (founder & CEO). He came to us by referral from a Facebook group that we are members of. We reached out and the response was fast and intentional. After an initial consultation we m were off to the races.

The thing that I found must appealing about our dealings with Israel was how incredibly easy it was to talk to him. Whether there was a minute thing or something more pressing he took it in his stride. There were timezone differences, issues with the owner, obstacles with language, and more. He never got above 4. The biggest concern we faced was with the keys not being produced in a timely fashion. After I voiced my concerns on the matter Ismael was quick to call out the negligence and find a resolution in the matter.

Upon our arrival at the airport he was right there with said keys and a very nice gift for my wife and I. Its the personal touch/attention to detail that pushed this experience over the top for me. Whether it's sending links to help us set up our utilities before our arrival, turning off power for us so we don't incur charges in our absence, or simply helping my wife push a cart to her rental car he was there to help click lots of little ends together. Those connected ends made for one stellar experience. I would 100% recommend KNC in the future.

I worked with Ismael to find my first apartment I. Lisbon. We started with an initial consultation where he patiently listened to understand my needs and desires in an apartment. His knowledge of the market was remarkable. He and his team rigorously researched options that aligned with my vision and scheduled visit after visit until I found the apartment I loved. He took the time to celebrate with me and even gave me rich insights to help me seamlessly set up utilities, know moving companies, furniture stores, and literally everything else I needed. I was blown away by his team’s service. I’m so grateful for his support.

This was an exceptionally well welcomed meeting. Ismael is well informed and professional. He has a wealth of knowledge and patience. Everything was explained with great detail and simplicity. This was a great experience. I look forward to working with him.
